Microsoft Gutted the House of DOOM?! + More Retro News!

Microsoft’s latest round of gaming layoffs has reportedly gutted id Software, drastically reducing the legendary studio behind DOOM and Quake—and co-founder John Carmack admits his prediction that Microsoft would be a good steward of the company isn’t aging particularly well.
