Atari Cassette Repair & Restoration – Retrieving Docs from 40-Year-Old Tapes!

AtariWriter is a word processor for the Atari 8-bit family of home computers published by Atari, Inc. as a 16KB cartridge in 1982. It replaced the Atari Word Processor, which shipped on a copy-protected disk, required 48KB, and was incompatible with the XL computers.
Jon found this in-box copy in amazing condition during a visit to the Cincinnati, Ohio area. The data tapes and index cards in the box were begging to be salvaged, so with the help of some donor tape parts and a little audio migration, it just might be do-able!
