In the early '80s a company called Suncom manufactured this unassuming little 9-pin joystick for the Atari 2600. It doesn't look like much, but with its solid steel shaft, ball-top, and low profile, the Slik Stik is one of the most accurate and durable third-party controllers available for the 2600 (and compatibles). Jon found this one at the Southern Fried Gaming Expo 2025 and picked it up on pedigree alone. Alien is a 1982 maze video game based on the 1979 film of the same name, published by Fox Video Games for the Atari 2600. The game has the player control a human moving through the hallways of a space ship avoiding the adult alien and destroying the small alien eggs. Along with Mega Force and M*A*S*H, Alien was among the tie-in video games made for 20th Century Fox's video game division programmed by Doug Neubauer.
