EVERCADE NEXUS: How BIG Is This Upgrade?

The EVERCADE NEXUS is here, and Blaze is promising its biggest handheld upgrade yet! With a larger 5.89-inch IPS display, dual analog sticks, improved ergonomics, and all-new EverSync local wireless multiplayer, there’s plenty to get excited about. But is this simply the next evolution of the Evercade handheld, or a genuine leap forward for retro gaming?

In this video, I get hands-on with the Evercade Nexus to explore its new hardware, features, and performance. We’ll take a closer look at the controls, display, and overall design, check out the included Banjo-Kazooie Double Pack, and see how this new handheld fits into the growing Evercade ecosystem of officially licensed physical game cartridges.

At $199.99, does the Nexus offer enough to tempt existing Evercade owners to upgrade? And is it the right place for newcomers to jump into Evercade gaming?

Let’s find out!
