ATARI x Activision: Hands-On with the New Cartridges

Atari’s new Activision cartridges are almost here! Atari sent over a media kit with the Standard Editions of Pitfall!, River Raid, H.E.R.O., and Pressure Cooker, giving me an early opportunity to check out the packaging, manuals, and cartridges—and put them to work.

Already ordered? Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming. Still on the fence? This closer look might help you decide whether these re-releases belong in your collection.

Thanks to Atari for providing these games. Did this look reinforce your decision or change your mind? Let me know in the comments!
