And the lord did say, “Let there be a ginormous, super-sized Geek Fuel box,” and there was a ginormous super-sized Geek Fuel box. And it was good. The game plays like a fixed shooter, with the player controlling a tank firing at giant worms. The tank auto scrolls up as the worms and blocks move down. Every time all the worms are wiped out, a new set spawns at the top of the screen. The pagoda can be shot to clear all the worms or rammed into by the tank to receive a fuel bonus. There are 99 waves with each wave starting with one worm with six at the end of the wave.

In the early '80s a company called Suncom manufactured this unassuming little 9-pin joystick for the Atari 2600. It doesn't look like much, but with its solid steel shaft, ball-top, and low profile, the Slik Stik is one of the most accurate and durable third-party controllers available for the 2600 (and compatibles).
Jon found this one at the Southern Fried Gaming Expo 2025 and picked it up on pedigree alone. Let's clean it up and give it a test to see why so many players swear by this little controller.
