This 1979 Baseball Game Was Built for TWO I Found a TWO-PLAYER Baseball Game from 1979 This 1979 Electronic Baseball Game STILL WORKS! Released in 1979, Entex Baseball 2 was built around something many electronic games of the era overlooked: playing with another person. One player bats while the other secretly selects pitches using a separate wired controller. I found this Sears-branded example at a local vintage toy shop, cleaned it up, figured out how it works, and played a complete game to see whether this nearly fifty-year-old tabletop baseball game still has some competition left in it. #retrogaming #handheld #baseball #genxgrownup - SHOP http://genxgrownup.com/amazon http://GenXGrownUp.com/merch - PODCAST http://GenXGrownUp.com/pod - SUPPORT US https://patreon.com/genxgrownup - WEB & SOCIAL http://GenXGrownUp.com/discord https://twitch.tv/genxgrownup http://fb.me/GenXGrownUp https://bsky.app/profile/genxgrownup.com https://www.tiktok.com/@genxgrownup https://www.instagram.com/genxgrownup/ http://GenXGrownUp.com - SPONSORS Fightbox » https://genxgrownup.com/fightbox King of Nerds » http://kingofnerds.tv Order of Cosmic Champions » http://www.orderofcosmicchampions.com - CHAPTERS 00:00 Baseball 2 01:00 Sears Sequel 01:45 Box & Contents 04:54 Hardware Tour 08:14 Cleanup 09:56 Power On 12:25 Two-Player 16:21 Conclusion

Shop X-Arcade: https://genxgrownup.com/xgaming Atari just announced a massive new Activision collection bringing 39 classic games back on physical cartridges — but if your goal is simply to play a bunch of those Activision favorites, there’s now a much less expensive option. The new HyperMegaTech Activision Edition Super Pocket packs 34 classic games into a $69.99 handheld, including Pitfall!, H.E.R.O., River Raid, Keystone Kapers, Kaboom!, Chopper Command, Seaquest, Pressure Cooker, and plenty more. In this video, I take a close look at the Activision Super Pocket, check out its fantastic retro-inspired design, play through a selection of the included games, and compare its lineup with both Atari’s newly announced Activision releases and the three existing Evercade Activision cartridges. How much overlap is there? What’s missing? And if you mainly want to PLAY these games rather than collect new physical releases, could this little handheld be the better value? Let’s find out. #atari #evercade #retrogaming #activision - SHOP Pre-Order from Songbird » https://genxgrownup.com/songbird-spa Paul's Etsy Shop » https://www.etsy.com/shop/Innovative3DShop?ref=dashboard-header&section_id=59455531 http://genxgrownup.com/amazon http://GenXGrownUp.com/merch - PODCAST http://GenXGrownUp.com/pod - SUPPORT US https://patreon.com/genxgrownup - WEB & SOCIAL http://GenXGrownUp.com/discord https://twitch.tv/genxgrownup http://fb.me/GenXGrownUp https://bsky.app/profile/genxgrownup.com https://www.tiktok.com/@genxgrownup https://www.instagram.com/genxgrownup/ http://GenXGrownUp.com - SPONSORS Fightbox » https://genxgrownup.com/fightbox King of Nerds » http://kingofnerds.tv Order of Cosmic Champions » http://www.orderofcosmicchampions.com - CHAPTERS 00:00 Activision Edition 02:15 Game Breakdown 04:27 Box & Contents 05:13 Hardware Tour 08:13 Power On 09:52 Chopper Command 11:37 Demon Attack 13:17 Enduro 13:48 HERO 15:04 Keystone Kapers 15:48 Megamania 17:21 Pitfall II 17:58 River Raid 19:20 Starmaster 21:25 Conclusion

It’s a BONUS edition of thrift pickups! I spent last weekend at RetroCon in Oaks, Pennsylvania, and came home with a pile of vintage games, gadgets, media, and other retro treasures. In this special edition, I’m showing off some of my favorite finds from the convention, including plenty of electronic games and nostalgic oddities along the way. And if you see something here that you’d like to see expanded into a full feature video, be sure to let me know in the comments! #thrift #vintage #retrogaming #genxgrownup - LINKS RetrCon » https://retrocons.com - SHOP http://genxgrownup.com/amazon http://GenXGrownUp.com/merch - PODCAST http://GenXGrownUp.com/pod - SUPPORT US https://patreon.com/genxgrownup - WEB & SOCIAL http://GenXGrownUp.com/discord https://twitch.tv/genxgrownup http://fb.me/GenXGrownUp https://bsky.app/profile/genxgrownup.com https://www.tiktok.com/@genxgrownup https://www.instagram.com/genxgrownup/ http://GenXGrownUp.com - SPONSORS Order of Cosmic Champions » http://www.orderofcosmicchampions.com King of Nerds » http://kingofnerds.tv - CHAPTERS 00:00 Bonus Pick-Ups 02:10 Books 04:33 Pac Score Pad 05:42 Book & Records 07:06 Microvision! 07:50 Coconuts 08:22 Pitfall 09:18 Red Light Green Light 10:25 Electronic Intercept 11:25 Peanuts Rotary 11:54 Pong Sports IV 12:21 Popeye GNW 13:25 Bionic Buggy 13:51 Odyssey Voice 14:17 Ms. Pac & More 15:20 Sub Chase 15:56 Sports Stuff 20:39 Blackjack 21:28 Entex Poker 22:15 Frogger 22:50 Magnetic Pac

Welcome back to my ever-evolving comic reviews. Each week I will review a few new releases you may have missed on new comic Wednesday. As things change, mostly my mood, so will this column. Some weeks may be several new comics from various publishers or sometimes just one. There might be a time when it’s […]

Yoga Hosers (2016) – Rated PG-13 – Reviewed June 6, 2016 – IMDb So my girlfriend (who is awesome!) got us tickets to a pre-screening of the next Kevin Smith movie, Yoga Hosers. With an introduction by the man himself along with Q&A after. If you ever get a chance to hear Kevin Smith talk, you […]

Man, these premieres just keep coming. We’ve now had four new offerings in as many nights and the only thing I know for sure is that it’s good to be a GenXGrownUp geek! This time, our battle of the small screen pits DC’s Legends of Tomorrow against Arrow. Just as before, I’ve watched each show […]
